FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you sell freshly roasted coffee beans?

We roast Monday to Friday and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. All coffee is sent out fresh and within a week of its roast date.

Can I purchase in-store?

We are opening a Coffee Studio in early 2025 for in-store dining, purchasing and tastings. Stay tuned for our opening announcement!

Do you offer any discounts?

Subscribe and save 15% off every order. Select your preferred product and frequency. Change/cancel at anytime.

What are the options for Shipping and Delivery?

We offer the following options to get your coffee to you as fast and fresh as possible!

1. Free Local Delivery around Casey & Cardinia. Postcodes included are 3805, 3806, 3807, 3808, 3809, 3810 and 3978.

2. Free Australia Wide Shipping on orders over $80.

3. Subsidised Flat Rate Shipping Australia Wide; $10 standard, $20 express.
