Canopy Cocoa contains just two natural ingredients – pure cocoa powder and unrefined rapadura sugar. The high-fat content of the cocoa (26%) contributes to a rich, velvety texture that enhances the chocolate flavour and provides a decadent mouthfeel. The notes of caramel from the rapadura sugar adds an extra layer of complexity to the taste profile, making it a truly delicious and satisfying beverage.

Canopy Cocoa source delicious ripe cocoa from deep in the Amazonian Forest from two co-ops run by indigenous peoples. The cocoa is rich in the antioxidants, vitamins and minerals found naturally in the cacao bean and only Amazonian cocoa can claim to be free of cadmium, a harmful heavy metal found in the soil of other cacao producing areas.
